The documents also reveal that one of the police officers involved in the Idaho quadruple murder investigation is under the crosshairs of an internal affairs investigation; it’s unclear if the IA investigation is related to police work that was part of the Idaho homicide investigation.

While the circumstances aren’t clear around the Brady/Giglio issues, the potential misconduct will certainly be used by Kohberger’s defense team.

In addition to the new documents, the sisters of Bryan Kohberger have allegedly lost their jobs due to their relationship with the accused murderer.
